Anotace:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá významem delegování a jeho vlivem na efektivitu organizace práce. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na teoretická východiska zpracovaným pomocí literární rešerše na základě studia odborné literatury. Podrobně jsou vysvětleny témata jako jsou řízení, manažerské schopnosti a dovednosti, jednotlivé manažerské funkce, delegování, jeho proces, co lze a nelze delegovat, výhody a bariéry. Praktická část se zabývá vlastním výzkumem a charakteristikou vybrané společnosti. Byla provedena kvalitativní analýza pomocí strukturovaných rozhovorů s otevřenými otázkami s manažery. Cílem bylo prozkoumat přístup manažerů k delegování. Dále bylo zhodnocení výsledků a shrnutí nejčastější chyby. Na závěr jsou shrnuty doporučení pro zlepšení procesu delegování. …víceméně

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the importance of delegation and its impact on the effectiveness of work organization. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on theoretical foundations processed through literature review based on the study of professional literature. Topics such as management, managerial skills and abilities, individual managerial functions, delegation, its process, what can and cannot be delegated, advantages and barriers are explained in detail. The practical part deals with the actual research and the characteristics of the selected company. A qualitative analysis was conducted using structured interviews with open-ended questions with managers. The aim was to explore managers’ approach to delegation. Furthermore, the results were evaluated and the most common mistakes were summarized. Finally, recommendations for improving the delegation process are summarized. …víceméně
