Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to examine the class and racial prejudice that appears in the works of Agatha Christie. By using the analysis of the historical context and the life of the author the aim is to find out whether the class and rasistical hints in her works are acceptable for present day readers

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na třídní a rasistické předsudky objevující se v díle Agathy Christie. Cílem práce je analýzou historického kontextu a života autorky zjistit, jestli třídní a rasistické narážky v jejím díle jsou akceptovatelné pro dnešního čtenáře
