With the term plantar fasciitis (PF) in tends a set of symptoms with painful prevalence involving the plantar fascia. The plantar fascia originates from the heel to the toes, most of the lesions occur at the origin of the fascia, the median-calcaneal process. The etiology of the pathology is not known today.
