Anotace:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu Emoční inteligence jako předpoklad úspěšného působení manažerů. Cílem této práce je prozkoumat vliv emoční inteligence na práci manažerů v České republice. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. V první, teoretické budou popsány základní informace, principy emoční inteligence a její význam. Tato část se také bude soustředit na zmapování dosavadních výzkumů a jejich zhodnocení. Druhá, praktická část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na porovnání úspěšnosti manažerů, kteří vykazovali vysokou úroveň emoční inteligence s manažery vykazující emoční inteligenci nižší hodnoty. Závěrem praktické části bude vyvrácení či potvrzení hypotézy, že míra EQ je důležitější k vykonávání manažerské práce než jiné vlastnosti, jako jsou například IQ, znalost trhů a finančního řízení. …víceméně

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of emotional intelligence as a prerequisite for the successful operation of managers. The aim of this bechelor thesis is to examine the influence of emotional intelligence on the work of managers in the Czech Republic. The bechelor thesis divided into two chapters. The first, theoretical will describe the basic information, the principles of emotional intelligence and its meaning. This part will also focus on mapping existing research and evaluating it. The second, practical part of the bachelor thesis focuses on comparing the success of managers who have shown a high level of emotional intelligence with managers who show lower emotional intelligence. The practical part will refute or confirm the hypothesis that the degree of EQ is more important for the performance of managerial work than other characteristics, such as IQ, knowledge of markets and financial management. …víceméně
