Náplní práce je charakterizace struktury a funkce některých proteinkinas v normálních netransformovaných buňkách a dále mechanismů jejich onkogenní aktivace. This thesis is focused on structures and functions of selected protein kinases in normal and transformed cells as well as on mechanisms their oncogenic activation.
