Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem vybraných patologických jevů na pracovišti, jimiž jsou mobbing a bossing. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, zda vybrané patologické jevy na pracovišti pronikají do prostředí školství, a navrhnout případné možné způsoby jejich řešení a prevence v této oblasti. V teoretické části práce jsou nejprve definovány základní pojmy a následně podrobně rozebrána problematika mobbingu a bossingu. V analytické části práce je proveden kvantitativní výzkum zaměřující se na problematiku mobbingu a bossingu v prostředí školství. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření je zjišťována především přímá zkušenost respondentů s mobbingem a bossingem v oblasti školství. V návrhové části práce jsou na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření zpracovány návrhy možného řešení a prevence mobbingu a bossingu v prostředí školství. Přínosem práce je zmapování problematiky vybraných patologických jevů na pracovišti v konkrétním specifickém prostředí a poskytnutí návrhu možných opatření, jak proti těmto patologickým jevům na pracovišti v daném prostředí bojovat, či jak jim předcházet. Aplikace těchto návrhů do praxe může zajistit zdravé pracovní prostředí, jež je základním stavebním kamenem spokojenosti zaměstnanců i správného fungování a prosperity instituce.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of selected pathological phenomena in the workplace, such as mobbing and bossing. The main goal of the thesis is to find out whether selected pathological phenomena in the workplace penetrate into the educational environment, and to propose possible ways of their solution and prevention in this area. In the theoretical part of the work, basic terms are first defined and then the issue of mobbing and bossing is discussed in detail. In the analytical part of the thesis, a quantitative research focusing on the issue of mobbing and bossing in the educational environment is carried out. The direct experience of respondents with mobbing and bossing in the field of education is mainly determined by means of a questionnaire survey. In the draft part of the work, based on the results of the questionnaire survey, proposals for a possible solution and prevention of mobbing and bossing in the educational environment are elaborated. The contribution of the work is the mapping of the issue of selected pathological phenomena at the workplace in a specific environment and the provision of a proposal for possible measures to fight against these pathological phenomena at the workplace in the given environment, or how to prevent them. The application of these suggestions in practice can ensure a healthy working environment, which is the basic building block of employee satisfaction and the proper functioning and prosperity of the institution.
