Assessment of the Solvency Loan Applicant from the Perspective of the Bank
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma „Zhodnocení bonity žadatele o úvěr z pohledu banky“. Analyzuje úvěrový proces, časté chyby při vybíraní úvěrů, osobní bankrot a rozbor tří klientů, kteří si osobním bankrotem prošli, nebo mohli projít. V závěru práce jsou popsány výsledky všech analýz a doporučení pro tři výše uvedené klienty.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the theme „Assessment of the Solvency Loan Applicant from the Perspective of banks“ Analyzes the credit process, common mistakes in choosing loans, personal bankruptcy and analysis of three of the clients who been through personal bankruptcy, or could pass. The final part describes the results of all analyzes and recommendations for the three aforementioned clients.
