The Importance of the Personnel Planning at an Organization

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je ?Význam personálního plánování v organizaci?. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy, týkající se personálního plánování v organizaci, hlavně ve smyslu snižování a zvyšování počtu zaměstnanců. Praktická část je zaměřena na popis organizace Severočeské doly a.s. a personální plánování v období krize. Jsou zde navržena opatření na snižování stavu zaměstnanců v organizační jednotce Doly Nástup Tušimice.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is "The Importance of Personnel Planning in an Organization". The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical one. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts concerning personnel planning in an organization are explained, with special regard to recruitment and redundancies of staff. The practical part is focused on the description of the organization of Severočeské doly a.s. and its personnel planning within the period of financial crisis. In the SWOT analysis the strengths and weaknesses of the organization are depicted and the measures for staff lay off for the organizational unit Doly Nástup Tušimice are proposed in the conclusion.
