Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kooperace mezi obcemi. Vysvětlena je základní terminologie, formy a možnosti spolupráce nebo hranice financování, které mohou obce využít. Pro konkretizaci je dosazen dobrovolný svazek obcí Košťálov a Libštát. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of cooperation between municipalities. The basic terminology, forms and possibilities of cooperation or funding limits that municipalities can use are explained. A voluntary union of the municipalities of Košťálov and Libštát has been established for concretization.
