Improving acguisition and adaptation of new employees in the Czech Post Office

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na zlepšení systému získávání a adaptace nových pracovníků v rámci České pošty, s. p. Cílem je nalézt slabá místa a navrhnout změny pro efektivnější využití metod pro získávání a následnou adaptaci nových zaměstnanců. První část je postavena na terminologické základně. V druhé části je popsána analýza současného stavu získávání a adaptace nových pracovníků v organizaci. Poslední třetí část hodnotí současný stav, shrnuje nedostatky a doporučuje opatření pro zlepšení v této oblasti.

Abstract:

This work is focused on improving the system of acquisition and adaptation of new workers in the Czech Post. The aim is to identify weaknesses and propose changes for more efficient use of methods for the acquisition and subsequent adaptation of new employees. The first part is based on a terminology. The second part describes the analysis of the current state of acquisition and adaptation of new employees in the organization. The third part assesses the contemporary status, summarizes the shortcomings and recommends measures for this area´s improvement.
