Abstract:

Účetní závěrka je soubor informací, které se vztahují k účetní jednotce. Jedná se o veřejný dokument obsahující ekonomická data důležitá pro hodnocení nejen dané účetní jednotky, ale i pro její okolí. K účetní závěrce se tedy váže i její zveřejnění ve sbírce listin. Cílem bakalářské práce je představit všechny části účetní závěrky a následně je rozdělit dle účetních jednotek, včetně určení, co je účetní jednotka. Je rozebrán postup od vytvoření účetní závěrky, tedy včetně jejího projednání valnou hromadou až po zveřejnění ve sbírce listin. V závěru bakalářské práce je prostřednictvím analýzy rozebrán důsledek jakéhokoliv pochybení během výše uvedeného postupu.

Abstract:

Financial report is the complex of the information which are related to the accounting entity. It´s a public document which contains economic data which are important for the review of not only a certain accounting entity but also for its surrounding. Therefore, financial report is interdependent towards its publication in the company register. The aim of the bachelor thesis in an introduction of all parts of the financial report and their division in accordance to accounting entities including the definition of the accounting entity. There is also a discussed procedure from the creation of the financial report including the discussion of the general meeting until the publication in the company register. In the conclusion of the bachelor thesis will be discussed the consequences of any mistakes during the procedure mentioned above.
