Diplomová práce je zaměřena nejprve na postavení rozpočtů územních samosprávných celků v rozpočtové soustavě České republiky a na vymezení právních předpisů regulujících tuto oblast. This master thesis focuses on budgets of self-governed municipalities in the budget system in the Czech Republic and on specifying legal regulations of this field. Following the theoretical part, each chapter elaborates on the example budget process of the city of Prostějov.
