Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci jsem shrnula informace o stakeholderské a SWOT analýze. Prostřednictvím strukturovaného rozhovoru jsem tyto teoretické poznatky aplikovala v praxi na vybrané fitness centrum. Na přání podniku a udržení jeho obchodního tajemství jsem neuváděla jeho oficiální název. V závěru jsou uvedeny všechny klíčové faktory a důležití stakeholders, které ovlivňují podnik.
Abstract:
My bachelor thesis discribes with information about stakeholder and SWOT analysis. This part is cooperating with manager of one fitness center by directed interview and applied to the fitness centre. The leaders will ask me if I don´t call official name of the fitness center. In the end there are summerazied all important stakeholders and factor which influence the organization.
