Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma „Sociální sítě jako komunikační nástroj“ je dělena do dvou hlavních částí. Teoretická část se zabývá vývojem sociálních sítí, který je následně obohacen o popis uživatelů, kteří tyto sítě využívají. Popsána je rozdílnost klasické sociální komunikace oproti komunikaci v rámci sociálních sítí. Dále jsou popsány nejpoužívanější sociální sítě v čele s Facebookem, který je v práci detailněji rozebrán. V praktické části dochází k analytickému rozboru uživatelů sociálních sítí a následné využití těchto sítí v marketingových kampaních. Vše je zakončeno návrhem kombinačního schématu pro výběr nejvhodnějších sociálních sítí k následnému zveřejnění.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis „Social sites as a communication tool“ is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part is concentrate on development of social sites, this part is complemented by the description of social sites‘ users. Hereafter, in this part is described the ordinary communication in contrast with the communication on social sites. Furthermore, there are described the most used of social sites headed by the Facebook which is analyzed in more details. In the practical part of the diploma thesis is described analysis of users of the social sites and subsequent using of this sites in marketing campaigns. At the end of the thesis is suggested combinational scheme for choosing of the most appropriate social site to public.
