Abstract:
Práce se zabývá secesními a moderními prvky v sepulkrálním umění na přelomu 19. a 20. století. Jedná se o zdokumentování a rozbor dochovaného fondu náhrobků na hřbitovech v Libereckém kraji, jejich analýza a zasazení do kontextu sekularizace společnosti a proměny pohřebního ritu. This thesis is concerned with the Art Nouveau and modern elements in the sepulchral art at the turn of 19th and 20th century. It documents and analyses the existing register of tombstones of the graveyards in the Liberec region and also looks into the secularisation of the society and transformation of the burial rituals.
