Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je aplikace Teorie her v podnikové praxi. Tento velmi zajímavý obor, který analyzuje především konfliktní situace, se kromě ekonomie pohybuje na hranici mnoha dalších oborů jako je psychologie, neurověda, bibliologie nebo politologie či dalších ostatních vědních disciplín. Spojení těchto vědních oborů nám obvykle dává nové podněty pro další rozvoj poznání, což zabezpečuje, že teorie her zůstává přitažlivým a inspirativním oborem.V práci je popsáno, o co vlastně v Teorii her jde a jsou vyjmenovány základní historické mezníky a nejznámější průkopníky Teorie her včetně jejich poznání a přínosů pro tuto teorii. V druhé části je charakteristika základních typů všech rozhodovacích situací a přiblížení základních pojmů, které se v Teorii her používají.Ve třetí části se uvádí nejčastější použití Teorie her v praxi, zejména v oblasti týkající se podnikání, financí a politiky. V závěru je mj. konstatováno, že Teorie her má uplatnění téměř v každém oboru, i když málokdo z nás si uvědomuje její každodenní používání.

Abstract:

The subject-matter of the bachelor´s thesis is an application of the Theory of Games in business. This - and very interesting - branch is focused in analysing of conflict situations, and touches - besides economy – various branches such as psychology, neuroscience, bibliology, politology or other science disciplines. A connection of several science branches usually is a good resource of new inputs for further development of knowledge in general: it is the connection of several branches that makes the Theory of Games an attractive branch and a source of inspiration even further. The thesis describes the fundamentals of the Theory of Games and provides an overview of most significant milestones and innovators, including their most important achievements and contributions to the Theory. The second part deals with a characteristic of basic types of decision-making situations, and with basic definitions and terms that are used in the Theory of Games. In the third part, examples of most frequent applications of the Theory of Games are presented, especially in the area of enterprise, finance and politics. In conclusion, among other things, it is stated that the Theory of Games may be used in nearly any branch although we do not normally notice that we apply it every day.
