Abstract:

Téma bakalářské práce se nazývá Utrpení nemocného jako cesta k vnitřní proměně (i v úhlu logoterapie). Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat utrpení nemocného člověka v rámci vnitřní proměny a zároveň analyzovat zdravotně-sociální práci v hospicové péči. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a aplikační. Teoretická část popisuje utrpení a nemoc, kde se zaměří na způsob, vnímání, pohled z různých úhlů a jak můžeme zvládat tyto náročné situace. Teoretická část se věnuje pacientům seniorského věku, typologii nevyléčitelných onemocnění, které jsou doprovázeny fázemi umírání. Poslední část této kapitoly se zaměří na hospicovou péči. Práce se dále zabývá samotným pojmem logoterapie, kde uvádí cíle, techniky, existenciální analýzu a v neposlední řadě se zabývá využití logoterapie ve zdravotně-sociální práci. Významná a také poslední kapitola v teoretické části se týká činností zdravotně-sociálního pracovníka v hospicové péči. Aplikační část je zpracovaná na základě analýzy spisové dokumentace, která je doplněna odborným rozhovorem s expertem. Analýza případu je dále zpracovaná ve formě kazuistiky. Cílem aplikační části je popsat činnosti sociálního pracovníka u nevyléčitelně nemocné pacientky. Výsledkem aplikační části bakalářské práce je zjištění z uvedené analýzy kazuistiky, jaké činnosti vykonává sociální pracovník v rámci pomoci nevyléčitelně nemocné pacientky.

Abstract:

The bachelor´s thesis is called Suffering of the Patient as a Way to Internal Change (including the logotherapy point of view). The aim of a bachelor´s thesis will be to describe the suffering of the patient in the context of internal change and at the same time will analyze on the health and social work in hospice care. The bachelor´s thesis is divided into theoretical and application parts. The theoretical part described suffering and disease, where focused on the way, perception, different points of views and how we can cope with these challenging situations. The theoretical part deals with senior patients, the typology of incurable diseases that are accompanied by stages of dying. The last part of this chapter focuses on hospice care. The thesis also deals with the concept of logotherapy itself. The thesis focuses on its goals, techniques, existential analysis and, last but not least mentions the use of logotherapy in the health and social work. An important and also the last chapter in the theoretical part concern the activities of a health and social worker in hospice care. The application part is processed on the basis of the analysis of the file documentation which is fulfilled with an expert interview made with an expert. The case analysis is further processed in the form of a case study. The aim of the application part is focused on the activities of a social worker with a terminally ill patient. The result of the application part of a bachelor´s thesis is the finding from the analysis of the case report, what activities the social worker performs in the help the terminally ill patient.
