Virtual property

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem virtuálního vlastnictví. V teoretické části se práce věnuje charakteristice virtuálních věcí a prostředím, které je pro tyto věci typické, a také specifikuje, co vše lze za virtuální věci považovat, a zda je možné tyto věci nabývat do vlastnictví. Práce se dále věnuje charakteristice vlastnického práva, oprávnění vlastníka a analyzování vztahu virtuálního vlastnictví a vlastnického práva. V práci je dále posuzováno, zda je možné pokládat virtuální věci za věci podle občanského zákoníku. Praktická část je zaměřena na kvantitativní výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření, který měl zjistit povědomí respondentů o virtuálním vlastnictví. Prostřednictvím grafů jsou zde zobrazeny odpovědi, které jsou následně vyhodnoceny.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the concept of virtual ownership. The theoretical section discusses the properties of virtual objects and the context in which they exist, as well as what can be deemed virtual assets and if ownership can be acquired. The paper also analyzes the correlation between virtual ownership and property rights, as well as the characteristics of property rights and ownership rights. The thesis continues on to examine whether virtual items can be considered things under the Civil Code. The practical portion of the project focuses on quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey to determine respondents' awareness of virtual ownership. The answers are presented in the form of graphs, which are then analyzed.
