Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá dodržováním zákoníku práce (dále jen ZP) ze strany zaměstnavatele. Jejím hlavním cílem je zjištění vhodných způsobů plnění povinností zaměstnavatele v konkrétních podnicích v souladu se zákonem č. 262/2006 Sb., zákoník práce, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. This bachelor thesis deals with problems of observance of the Labour code by employers. The thesis aims to find the optimal ways for employers to play by rules of the Act no. 262/2006 Coll. in particular companies.
