Abstract:
Nárůst trestné činnosti je odrazem celospolečenských problémů a vývoje současné společnosti. Když věznice jsou přeplněné a společnost najde způsob jak se vypořádat z trestnou činností, aniž by musela pachatele umisťovat {--} izolovat. Dokáže se postarat o oběť i pachatele stejnou měrou. The increase of the criminality is a reflection of the whole community problems and of the evolution of the current society. When the state prisons are overfull and the community find the way how to solve the criminality without placing the wrong-doer to the prison {--} isolate them.
