Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o syndromu vyhoření. Přesněji se zabývá syndromem vyhoření u sociálních pracovníků. Cílem této práce je komparace projevů syndromu vyhoření popsaných literatuře a subjektivním vnímání lidí, kteří tímto syndromem prošli. Abstract:
My thesis covers burnout. Specifically it deals with the burnout of social officials. The aim of this work is the comparison of the burnout symptoms described in literature to the subjective perception of people who suffered this problem.
