Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je zmapování výskytu syndromu vyhoření u pracovníků internetového poradenství a zjištění existence vztahu mezi projevy syndromu vyhoření a faktory, které mohou mít vliv na jeho rozvoj. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the burnout among people in online counselling and establish the existence of a relationship between symptoms of burnout and factors that may affect the development of a burnout.
