Daná diplomová práce se věnuje lokálním právním předpisům z pohledu jejich postavení jako pramenů práva a dále z pohledu jejich tvorby. V předkládané práci se proto zabýváme vymezením pramenů práva v České republice a pojmy právní normy a právního předpisu spolu s charakteristikou obecně závazných vyhlášek a nařízení obcí a krajů a jejich právotvorným procesem.
