Diplomová práce se zabývá akciovou společností s proměnným základ-ním kapitálem v ČR. Cílem práce je zhodnocení přínosů začlenění SICA-Vů do českého právního řádu a předložení návrhů na zlepšení této právní úpravy – tedy návrhů de lege ferenda. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the benefits of incorporation of SICA-Vs into the Czech legal system and to present proposals for improve-ment of this legal institution.
