Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou postavení poškozeného v trestním řízení. Účelem trestního řízení je řádné zjištění, zda byl spáchán čin vykazující znaky trestného činu, zda takový čin spáchala osoba, proti které se vede řízení, a zda tato osoba byla za konkrétní trestný čin spravedlivě potrestána. The thesis is focused on status of an aggrieved person in criminal proceeding. The aim of this work is to summarise and clarify the definition of aggrieved person and their position in a criminal proceedings. The opening chapter deals with the concept of the aggrieved person.
