Abstract:
Cílem práce je analýza povinností podniku jako zaměstnavatele vůči orgánům veřejné správy. Práce se bude zabývat povinnostmi zaměstnavatele v pracovněprávní oblasti, v oblasti daní a sociálního zabezpečení a případně v dalších oblastech. The thesis will deal with the obligations of the employer in the field of labor law, in the field of taxes and social security and other areas.
