Cílem bakaláské práce Dobrovolný svazek obcí jako forma spolupráce obcí je vymezit, jak mohou obce v rámci výkonu samostatné psobnosti spolupracovat s jinými obcemi. Vymezit na základ teoretických znalostí a informací o praktickém využití spolupráce její jednotlivé formy se zamením na dobrovolný svazek obcí, který mohou obce vytvoit. Práce je rozdlena na ti ásti.
