Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou firemní kultury společnosti Skanska Reality a.s. a návrhy možných změn. Cílem práce je provést analýzu firemní kultury společnosti a podat návrhy možných změn. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány složky firemní kultury a typy firemních kultur z hlediska dostupných literárních zdrojů. V souvislosti s tématem práce je tato část dále zaměřena na metody analýzy firemní kultury a na její změnu. Praktická část práce je věnována stručné charakteristice společnosti, vlastnímu průzkumu, popisu stávající firemní kultury společnosti, vyhodnocení průzkumu a návrhům možných změn. Z výsledků dotazníkového šetření je definováno několik konkrétních problematických oblastí, kterých se návrhy možných změn týkají.

Abstract:

The main focus of the bachelor thesis is on analysis of corporate culture of a company Skanska Reality a.s. and suggestions for possible changes. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the corporate culture of the company and to make suggestions for possible changes. The theoretical part describes the components of corporate culture and types of corporate cultures from the point of view of available literary sources. In the context of the thesis, this part is also focused on methods of corporate culture analysis and its change. The practical part is devoted to the brief characteristics of the company, its own survey, the description of the company's existing corporate culture, the evaluation of the survey and suggestions for possible changes. The results of the questionnaire survey define a number of specific problematic areas that are covered by proposals for possible changes.
