Occupational therapy by client with multiple sclerosis

Abstract:

Práce pojednává o problematice roztroušené sklerózy mozkomíšní a možnostech využití ergoterapie u toho onemocnění. Obecná část je zaměřena na popis onemocnění, etiologii, klinický průběh nemoci, diagnostiku a farmakoterapii. Ve speciální části se věnuji ucelené rehabilitaci se zaměřením na ergoterapii. Hlavní částí je kazuistika a vyšetření klientky, včetně krátkodobého a dlouhodobého plánu ergoterapie, kterých jsme se společně pokusily docílit. V závěru jsem shrnula výsledky, kterých jsem s klientkou dosáhla.

Abstract:

The work deals with the problems of multiple sclerosis and how to use occupational therapy in this disease. The general part is focused on the description of disease, etiology, clinical course of disease, diagnosis and pharmacotherapy. In a special section is devoted to comprehensive rehabilitation with a focus on occupational therapy. The main part of the case history and examination of the client, including short-and long-term plan for occupational therapy, which I tried to achieve. In the end, I summarized the results that I achieved a client.
