Abstract:
Bakalářská práce s názvem výprosa, výpůjčka, zápůjčka, úvěr se zabývá historiským popisem těchto institutů, vysvětlením vlastností a funkcí závazkových práv a popsáním pojmů v zákoně č. 89/2014 Sb. Cílem práce je popsat ukotvení těchto institutů v zahraničí a navrhnout zlepšení právní úpravy.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is called Obtains and Loans. The thesis deals with the historical description of these institutes, explaining the properties and functions of obligations and describing the terms in Act No. 89/2014 Coll. The aim of the thesis is to describe the anchoring of these institutes abroad and to propose better regulation.
