Anotácia:

Rozpočet Evropské unie je aktuální, dynamický fenomén, který souvisí s historií i samotnou existencí Evropských společenství. Ve své práci se zabývám jak popisem mechanismů, které v rámci rozpočtového řízení v EU fungují, tak také prioritami (politikami) které EU prostřednictvím rozpočtu financuje. Základní strukturou práce je popis příjmů a výdajů Společenství, jejich historie a členění. Samostatnou kapitolu tvoří analýza problematických částí rozpočtu s cílem rozpoznat, kde je potřebná změna a proč.

Abstract:

The European Union budget is the actual, dynamic phenomenon, which is related to the history and existence of the European Communities themselves. In my thesis, I deal with the description of arrangements and priorities (Community policies)which are being financed by the EU budget. The basic structure of the work demonstrates the description of the revenues and expenditures of the EU budget, their own history and division. Separate chapter is devoted to the analysis of problematic parts of the budget with the objective to learn, where the changes are needed and why.
