Motivation and Applied Tools Control of the Human Resources in a Chosen Firm

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je věnována motivačním nástrojům využívaným v podnicích. Význam tématu je klíčový zejména s ohledem na význam zaměstnanců jako klíčového faktoru konkurenceschopnosti podniku. Cílem práce je na základě analýzy odborné literatury a rovněž vlastního provedeného kvalitativního i kvantitativního šetření určit návrhy na zlepšení motivačního systému v CSC/DXC. Systém motivace analyzované firmy je velmi rozsáhlý a zahrnuje jak finanční, tak i nefinanční benefity. Hlavními závěry pro řízené rozhovory jsou následující: manažeři vnímají vzdělání a vztahy v kolektivu jako základní kameny, na kterých je založen motivační systém, všechny procesy ve firmě jsou zdokumentovány a standardizovány, proto i větší fluktuace není rozhodně problémem a rovněž důležitým závěrem je odlišný vztah u mladších a starších zaměstnanců vůči motivačním nástrojům. Výstupy z dotazníkového šetření jsou představeny těmito zjištění: zaměstnanci jsou motivováni zejména složitými úkoly a přejí si mít volné ruce při jejich splnění, vztahy s kolegy jsou na velmi dobré úrovni, zaměstnanci si uvědomují významu dalšího vzdělání, аle uvedli, že jsou motivováni hlavně penězi. Součástí práce je návrh vlastního opatření směřujícího ke zlepšení aktuálního stavu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is devoted to motivational tools used in companies. The importance of the topic is crucial, especially with regard to the importance of employees as a key factor іn the company's competitіveness. The aіm of this work is to determine proposals for improvement of the motivation system in CSC / DXC based on the analysis of professional literature as well as the actual qualitative and quantitative investigation. The system of motivation of the analyzed company is very extensive and includes both financial and non-financial benefits. The main conclusions for guided interviews are: managers perceive education and relationships in the collective as the cornerstones on which the motivation system is based, all processes in the company are documented and standardized, so even more fluctuation is definitely not a problem, and a different relationship is also an important conclusion younger and older workers towards motivational tools. The results of the questionnaire survey are presented by the following findings: employees are motivated mainly by complex tasks and wish to have their hands free when meeting them, relationships with colleagues are very good, employees are aware of the importance of further education, but said they are mainly motivated by money. Part of the work is a proposal of own measure aimed at improving the current state.
