Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o výkazu zisku a ztráty v České republice, seznamuje čtenáře s platnou českou legislativou. Definuje pojmy výnosy a náklady, představuje druhové a účelové členění nákladů. Nastiňuje problematiku zajištění věcné srovnatelnosti nákladů a výnosů v návaznosti na finanční analýzu podniku. Praktická část analyzuje způsob sestavení výkazu zisku a ztráty a způsob členění nákladů u 100 nejvýznamnějších podniků ČR za rok 2012. Analýzou se zjistilo, že u 95% podniků převládá druhové členění nákladů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis approaches the issue of income statement in the Czech Republic as it presents valid Czech legislation. Definitions of incomes and expenses are provided as well as classification of expense by nature and by function. The issue of substantive comparability of expenses and incomes is outlined concerning the financial analysis of a company. The compilation of profit and loss statement is analysed in the practical example providing a classification of expenses by 100 the most important companies in the Czech Republic for the year 2012. The classification of expenses by nature is used, according to the analysis, by 95% of companies.
