Alokace zdrojů v nemocnici - Jak získat nejlepší péči s dostupným rozpočtem

Abstract:

Nemocniční ošetřovatelský personál je významným nákladovým faktorem, a proto by neměl být přemístěn, ale i přesto musí být stále dostačující pro kvalitní péči o pacienty. Velkým problémem je stanovení personálních požadavků specifických pro stanici nebo přidělení celkových dostupných a celkově financovaných pracovníků jednotlivým stanicím.V této práci jsou nejprve představeny právní rámcové podmínky v nemocničním sektoru a informace, které jsou ukázány na zvláštních způsobech financování v sektoru zdravotnictví. Následně jsou prezentovány obvyklé metody pro výpočet silných stránek specifických pro stanici. V praktické části práce je popsáno zavedení metody, kterou si zvolilo ošetřovatelské vedení nemocnice Barmherzige Brüder Regensburg (BBR) ve spolupráci s finančním oddělením. Toto spojení grafického zobrazení seznamu služeb s dostupným rozpočtem lze také obdobně použít pro ostatní nemocnice tohoto systému. Výsledek této prezentace bude v budoucnu představen a použit ve všech přidružených nemocnicích nemocnice BBR.

Abstract:

Hospital nursing staff is a major cost factor and should therefore not be overallocated, but must still be sufficient for high-quality patient care. A major difficulty is the determination of the station-specific personnel requirements or the allocation of the total available and overall financed personnel to the individual stations.In this thesis, the legal framework conditions in the hospital sector are first presented and information is given on the special financing modalities in the health care sector.Subsequently, the usual methods for the calculation of the station-specific personnel strengths are presented. In the practical part of the thesis, the introduction of the method, which the nursing management of the hospital Barmherzige Brüder Regensburg (BBR) in co-operation with the finance department chose, is described. This combination of a graphical duty roster display with the available budget can also be used analogously for the other hospitals of this order. The result of this personnel deployment presentation will therefore be introduced and used in all of the BBR hospital's affiliated hospitals in the future.
