V této bakalářské práci se zabývám HPLC analýzou methanolických extraktů a inhibičními účinky rostlin rodu Agrimonia a Plectranthus na enzym zvaný tyrosináza. Teoretická část je věnována popisu rostlin rodu Agrimonia a Plectranthus, jejich fytochemickému profilu a biologické aktivitě a popisu enzymu tyrosinázy. The topic of my final bachelor’s thesis is the HPLC analysis of methanolic extracts and inhibitory effects of plants of Agrimonia and Plectranthus genus to enzyme called tyrosinase.
