V této diplomové práci jsou mapovány interakce Nse4 podjednotky komplexu SMC5/6 s podjednotkou Nse1 a je zkoumán vliv vybraných úseků Nse4 na stabilitu komplexu SMC5/6
Abstract:
In this diploma thesis, the interactions of the Nse4 subunit of the SMC5 / 6 complex with the Nse1 subunit are mapped and there is investigated influence of selected Nse4 regions on the stability of the SMC5/6 complex.
