Financovanie bývania v podmienkach SR v období krízy

Housing Finance in Slovakia During the Crisis
Abstract:
Diploma thesis deals with housing finance in Slovakia during the crisis. The first chapter focuses on the definition and over all approach issues the reader in theory. The second chapter analyzes housing finance empirical research and model examples of good practice. In the third chapter summarize lessons learned and evaluate options for improving the situation examined.
Abstract:
Diplomová práca sa zaoberá financovaním bývania v podmienkach SR v období krízy. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na vymedzenie pojmov a celkové priblíženie problematiky čitateľovi v teoretickej rovine. Druhá kapitola analyzuje financovanie bývania empirickým výskumom a modelovými príkladmi z praxe. V tretej kapitole zhrnieme získané poznatky a vyhodnotíme možnosti zlepšenia skúmanej situácie.
