Anotácia:

Předmětem bakalářské práce ,,Analýza distribuce finančních služeb“ je rozbor distribučních cest běžně využívaných na finančním trhu a vyhodnocení jejich využitelnosti ze strany bank a pojišťoven. První část je zaměřena na teoretické vymezení finančních služeb, jejich distribuce a legislativy ovlivňující tuto distribuci. Druhá část se věnuje analýze jednotlivých distribučních kanálů – bankovní pobočky, interní síť pojišťovny, externí sítě a internet – dle metody SWOT analýzy. Na základě informací od 3 bank a 3 pojišťoven formuluji výsledky do souhrnných charakteristik jednotlivých distribučních cest a provádím vyhodnocení.

Abstract:

Subject of this Bachelor thesis "Analysis of the distribution of financial services" is to analyze distribution channels commonly used in the financial market and evaluate their usefulness for banks and insurance companies. The first part focuses on the theoretical definition of financial services, distribution, and legislation affecting this distribution. The second part deals with analysis of individual distribution channels - the bank branches, insurance company's internal network, external networks and the Internet - according to the method of SWOT analysis. Based on information from 3 banks and 3 insurance companies I formulate the results to summarized characteristics of distribution channels and make a evaluation.
