Regional food in the Liberec region

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce jsou regionální potraviny pocházející z Libereckého kraje. Analyzovány jsou z různých pohledů, a to definice pojmu, pohledu legislativního, dále systémů značení kvality, významu a využitelnosti vč. distribučních kanálů. Rozebírány jsou též finanční a nefinanční podpory určené jejich výrobcům. Cílem je zjistit současný stav u nás a provedení srovnání v rámci Euroregionu Nisa, kam území Libereckého kraje patří. Využita byla metoda deskripce a komparace. Ke klíčovým poznatkům v oblasti tohoto druhu potravin se řadí u nás absence statistických údajů potřebných pro definování měřitelných cílů a v rámci přeshraniční spolupráce INTERREG absence společného projektu, na němž by se podílely všechny tři strany euroregionu současně.

Abstract:

The topic of this dissertation is regional food originating from the Liberec region. It is analysed from different viewpoints, namely definition of the term, legislation, further food quality systems, importance and usability incl. distribution channels. Financial and non-financial supports intended for their producers are examined too. The goal is to find out the today´s state in our country and to make a comparison within the Euroregion Nisa, that the Liberec region belongs to. The description and comparison methods were used. Among the key findings regarding this type of food rank the absence of statistical data needed for definiton of mesurable achivements and the absence of a common project within the cross-border cooperation INTERREG that all three parties of the euroregion would take part at once.
