K analýze, jsou v práci použity tradiční finanční ukazatele a speciální indikátory specifické pro letecký průmysl. Použitím těchto ukazatelů, práce analyzuje zda spojení dvou aerolinií dokáže pomoci k dosažení pozitivních finančních výsledků a překonání nestability a krize. …more

The main aim of the thesis is to find out whether merger or acquisition could help the airline to overcome the financial instability.
