Prenatální magnetická rezonance jako alternativní metoda si již vybudovala pevné místo v prenatální morfologické diagnostice. Abstract:
Fetal magnetic resonance imaging is an alternative method in the field of prenatal morphological diagnostics. This method has been undergoing dramatic development during the last decade. It is surpassing diagnostic limits of ultrasonography (USG), it is non invasive, safe and more and more accessible.
