Cílem bakalářské práce je studium rozložení vybraných makroprvků a stopových prvků v močových kamenech pomocí metody LA-ICP-MS. Teoretická část se zabývá mechanismem vzniku močových kamenů, metodami analýz povrchů používaných pro studium močových kamenů a laserovou ablací. The aim this bachelor thesis is to study the distribution of selected major and trace elements in urinary stones using the LA-ICP-MS. The theoretical part deals with the mechanism of urinary stones, methods of surface analysis used for urinary stones and laser ablation.
