Předkládáná diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vyrovnávání se se zátěží u osobních asistentů dětem s PAS. V teoretické části rozvádí specifika práce s poruchami autistického spektra i specifika osobní asistence. Dále předkládá dostupnou literaturu zabývající se zátěží u pečujících osob o děti s PAS a výzkumy zkoumající využívané copingové strategie.
