The change of the teacher´s teaching style from the perspective of his professional development

Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá zjištěním, jak učitelé středních škol vnímají proměnu vyučovacího stylu v závislosti na jejich učitelské praxi. První kapitola se zaměřuje na učitele, jeho teoretické vymezení a osobnost. Je to vymezení pojmu učitele, jeho charakteristika, osobnost a identita. V druhé kapitole se práce věnuje charakteristice učitelské profese, náplní tohoto povolání, jednotlivým kompetencím a nezbytnou profesní přípravou. Náplní třetí kapitoly je didaktika a vyučovací procesy. Hlavní kapitolou teoretické části je kapitola čtvrtá, kde práce probírá zásadní téma, a to vyučovací styly, které jsou na podkladě studia různých odborných literárních pramenů. V páté kapitole začíná část praktická, kde byla věnována pozornost průzkumu pomocí kvantitativní metody dotazníkového šetření, zaměřeného na učitele středních škol. Primárním cílem tohoto průzkumu bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem se mění subjektivní hodnocení vlastního vyučovacího stylu učitele v průběhu jeho profesní dráhy. Sekundárním cílem bylo pomocí analýzy získaných odpovědí respondentů potvrdit či vyvrátit předem stanovené hypotézy. Zjištěním bylo potvrzení změny vyučovacího stylu a přístupu u dotazovaných učitelů.

Abstract:

The presented bachelor thesis deals with finding out how high school teachers perceive the change of teaching style depending on their teaching practice. The first chapter focuses on the teacher, his theoretical definition and personality. It is the definition of the concept of a teacher, his characteristics, personality and identity. In the second chapter, the work deals with the characteristics of the teaching profession, the content of this profession, individual competencies and the necessary professional training. The content of the third chapter is didactics and teaching processes. The main chapter of the theoretical part is the fourth chapter, where the work discusses a fundamental topic, namely teaching styles, which are based on the study of various professional literary sources. In the fifth chapter, the practical part begins, where attention was paid to the survey using a quantitative method of questionnaire survey, focused on secondary school teachers. The primary goal of this survey was to find out how the subjective evaluation of a teacher's own teaching style changes during his career. The secondary goal was to confirm or refute predetermined hypotheses by analyzing the respondents' answers. The findings were confirmation of a change in teaching style and attitude in the interviewed teachers.
