The Right for Information in Relation to the Public Service of The Czech Republic
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá právem na svobodný přístup k informacím. Její stěžejní část se věnuje zákon č. 106/1999 Sb., o svobodném přístupu k informacím, ve znění pozdějších předpisů a rozebírá zásady, které tato oblast práva obsahuje. V závěru práce autor prezentuje některé své myšlenky de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the right to free access to information. Its main part is devoted to the Act No. 106/1999 Coll. on free access to information and on the amendment of some related Acts, and it discusses the principles, which includes this area of law. In conclusion, the author presents some of his thoughts on legal aspects.
