Práce pojednává o racionalizaci logistických procesů ve společnosti GLS CZ zabývající se přepravou kusových zásilek. The Bachelor‘s thesis deals with rationalization of logistic processes in the GLS CZ company handling with the transportation of piece consignments. On its example, I analyze problematic processes tightly connected to the performance itself.
