Diplomová práca sa zaoberá novými trendmi v riadení ľudských zdrojov vo vybranej organizácii. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretické vymedzenie riadenia ľudských zdrojov – vysvetľuje vývoj, význam podstatu a cieľ riadenia ľudských zdrojov.
