An employment of modern managerial trends in the management of the organization

Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce je zacílena na moderní manažerské trendy se zaměřením na řízení lidských zdrojů. Práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol, které jsou spolu navzájem úzce propojené. V první kapitole je obecně popsán samotný význam řízení a také řízení podniku. Na to následuje úvod do moderních manažerských trendů v řízení organizace. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na strategické řízení organizace. V rámci čtvrté kapitoly je přiblížen průmysl 4.0. Dále navazuje kapitola zaměřující se na řízení lidských zdrojů v průmyslu 4.0 a na moderní manažerské trendy v řízení lidí. Zaměření šesté kapitoly směřuje na Covid-19 a roli personálních manažerů. Následují kapitoly s charakteristikou vybraných farmaceutických podniků a zhodnocením využívaných moderních manažerských trendů. Na závěr práce je uvedeno celkové zhodnocení, dále doporučení a návrhy na zlepšení a jako poslední závěrečné shrnutí.

Abstract:

The presented thesis is focused on modern management trends with a focus on human resource management. The work is divided into several chapters, which are closely interconnected with each other. In the first chapter, the meaning of management itself as well as corporate governance is described in general terms. This is followed by an introduction to modern managerial trends in the management of the organization. The third chapter focuses on the strategic management of the organization. Within the fourth chapter, Industry 4.0 is introduced. This is followed by a chapter focusing on human resource management in Industry 4.0 and modern management trends in HR management. The focus of the sixth chapter is on Covid-19 and the role of HR managers. The following chapters describe selected pharmaceutical companies and evaluate the modern management trends used. The thesis concludes with an overall assessment, followed by recommendations and suggestions for improvement, and a final chapter with a summary.
