Planning of Human Resources in Selected Bank
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis speaks about planning of human resources in the selected bank. It is divided into 3 chapters. The first chapter focuses on theoretical solutions of the selected problem. The second chapter analyses needs of employees in the selected bank. The third chapter introduces final proposals and recommendations in area of planning of human resources.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá plánovaním ľudských zdrojov vo vybranej banke. Práca je rozčlenená do troch kapitol. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretické východiská skúmanej problematiky. Druhá kapitola analyzuje potreby zamestnancov vo vybranej banke. Posledná tretia kapitola je zameraná na podanie záverečných návrhov a odporúčaní v oblasti plánu ľudských zdrojov.
