Abstract:
Bakalářskou prací „Ohledání místa činu u bytových a nebytových prostor – postřehy z policejní praxe“ se snažím upozornit na význam a důležitost ohledání v policejní praxi a s tím související zajišťování stop na místě činu a následném dokazování v procesu trestního řízení z pohledu policisty a ostatních osob provádějících dokazování trestné činnosti.
